Professional Biography
Dr. Minteh is a former Gambian Army First Lieutenant. He attended the Turkish Land Forces Command School in Istanbul, and the Turkish Gendarmerie Officers School in Ankara. Dr. Mr. Minteh holds a B.S. Management Information Systems, New York University, M.S. Global Affairs, New York University, MS/ Ph.D. in Global and International Affairs, Rutgers University.

Dr. Minteh's primary research interests are policing and violence, terrorism and counter-terrorism, drugs, arms and human trafficking, Cybercrime and cybersecurity, national and international security.
