Kristin Erbetta, PhD, MPH, MSW is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at Salem State University. Dr. Erbetta received her PhD from Simmons University School of Social Work, an MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and an MSW from Simmons University. She has over 15 years of clinical practice experience working with children, adolescents and families in both clinic and educational settings. Her primary research interests are in maternal and child reproductive health inequities. She believes that there needs to be more understanding and awareness of how social determinants impact health.
