Team building, online learning, technology research, diversity, volunteerism, strategic planning, program/product planning, implementation and roll out.
Participate in cross-team projects and directly engages in the education for implementation or maintenance of University systems & the design, development & implementation of new systems & interfaces
Identify risks and potential points of resistance by the community and address concerns/develop and execute detailed action plans (communication plans, roadmaps, coaching and training plans) to ensure understanding and acceptance of new business processes especially those that involve university technology
Collaborates with ITS directors to develop, coordinate, organize, and/or deliver training programs and/or materials for meetings, presentations, workshops, or demonstrations for the adoption and utilization of IT technical resources/tools used by ITS (i.e. project management tools - Confluence, service desk tools – JIRA and knowledge managements system - Ask the Viking) and other systems as needed (including post implementation support as needed)
Collaborate with other departments to support and promote effective use of technology and IT technical resources/tools used by ITS, identify training needs for the use of applications, programs and software used by administrators and staff to enhance information literacy/technology competency for administrative tasks (i.e. new employee orientation and other professional development workshops or programs)
Provide technical expertise and support in the implementation and/or development of training programs for new learning tools, software programs or other major technology implemented across departments or programs as needed (including post implementation support as needed)
Supports and promotes the effective use of the LMS (Canvas) for non-academic departments
Supports and promotes the effective use of software programs and systems for non-academic departments (i.e. Office 365, Adobe, Windows).
