Melissa joined the Salem State Community in September 2014 as the Associate Director of Student Involvement and Activities.
In July 2017, her role transitioned to the Associate Director of the L.E.A.D [Leadership, Engagement, Advocacy, and Diversity] Office.
Currently, Melissa serves as the Associate Director of Campus Life and Recreation. In this role, Melissa oversees the process for new student organizations to start and the training of all current student organizations.
Melissa also serves as a liaison to a group of student organizations, oversees Fraternity & Sorority Life and leadership programming, and assists in facilitating numerous large-scale programs and events.
